Ho trovato un rapporto sui guadagni delle compagnie petrolifere. Poi ho fatto un po' di analisi. Impressionante.
Nell'anno 2008, i sette grandi gruppi padroni del mercato del greggio hanno guadagnato 171 miliardi di dollari netti. Fanno 470 milioni al giorno, il 14% più dell'anno prima. Che già era il 7% più del 2006, e il 6% sopra l´anno addietro.

Il mondo vive la crisi più grave degli ultimi cinquant’anni, il livello di vita scende per milioni di persone, eserciti di disoccupati si preparano a riempire le nostre città, i poveri diventano sempre più poveri e il “ceto medio” precipita verso il basso. Milioni di persone pagano e poche migliaia riscuotono. Le poche migliaia di grandi azionisti delle sette grandi sorelle del petrolio invece brindano a champagne per l’ennesima (è la dodicesima consecutiva) annata da record.

Febbraio 2009: costo petrolio 39.48 al barile. Costo Diesel al litro 1,07 euro. Oggi: costo del petrolio 92 dollari al barile, costo del Diesel 1,369 al litro. Onestamente non ci capisco più un tubo.

Per la cronaca un barile di petrolio sono 159 litri. Ma poi ci sono da considerare le accise...

Poi il giorno prima della scadenza guardacaso non c'è più bisogno di lui... sai com'è, c'è la crisi... Salvo il giorno dopo assumerne un'altro. Stagista pure lui ovvio. E il ciclo si ripete.
